PPE for female and male athletes

Pre-participation Physical Evaluation for female and male athletes
What is PPE?

PPE for female and male athletes stands for Pre-participation Physical Evaluation for athletes. Athletes need an athlete-specific health check just like an annual health check.
PPE is a simple assessment of athletes’ brain concussion, heart, general illness, bone, muscle, and tendon health, Female Athlete Triad (FAT), and Male Athlete Triad (MAT), encouraging them to participate in sports healthily and safely.
Do the PPE at least 6 weeks before the first pre-season (a full-scale pre-event practice period) to have your doctor time to discuss (treat) any symptoms found.
